The WRCCS Mentor Schools Program is intentionally designed to be personalized to meet the needs of each sub-grantee. The Mentor Schools Program is an opportunity for sub-grantees to create school-specific action plans using the WRCCS School Competencies that directly relate to the work they are (or will be) doing to help better set up their school for success. Mentors will be guides on the side to support the sub-grantee with questions, resources, and/or inspirations when needed to ensure sub-grantees meet DPI's Professional Development Requirements. We will be using a user-friendly software called HEADRUSH to help manage the action plans for each sub-grantee and we will be providing Zoom, a video conferencing software, for each group.
WRCCS thanks you for agreeing to engage in these professional partnerships with the goal to improve public education through the sharing of resources and supports.
