WRCCS is excited to again offer leaders the unique opportunity to receive leadership coaching and support! The response form from last year's cohort of leaders was extremely positive, and we have heard from you that individualized leader support remains a need. Therefore, WRCCS is once again willing to sponsor leaders to receive coaching through Humanistic Leadership LLC for the 2026-27 school year.
This opportunity will be offered to charter school leaders looking for an innovative "one-size-fits-you" professional development program around leading their charter school. However, there are limited spots available.

The leader coaching offering includes:
A discovery call with a leader coach to develop a shared understanding of the leader's interests, needs, and priorities for the year.
Development of a specific leader goal that is aligned with a WRCCS Leadership Essential Practice.
Monthly 1-hour virtual one-on-one coaching meetings specifically designed for the leader's goal(s).
Tools, templates, and specific strategy frameworks leaders can remix and use in their context.
A CharterPD certificate and badge may be available upon completion of the coaching sessions.
Since WRCCS can only offer this opportunity to a limited number of leaders this year, we are asking leaders to commit to the monthly sessions and dedicate themselves to working towards a specific goal. If interested, please complete this Google Form by August 21, 2026.
A lottery will be held for all who are interested and qualified. Those chosen will be notified during the last week in August. Preference may be given to leaders that have not previously received WRCCS-sponsored coaching and/or do not currently have a DPI charter schools subgrant.
